    In a surprise release, metal YouTube guitarist Jared Dines has teamed up with Trivium frontman Matt Heafy for a new five-track EP simply titled Dines x Heafy, which you can listen to now on streaming services!


    On top of that, they've released a music video for the opening track 'Dear Anxiety', a song which uses satisfying riffs and a great vocal performance from Heafy who switches between screams and clean vocals effortlessly. Both guys are also playing each other's signature guitars in the video, which is super cute.

    Matt and Jared go back a little while now, after Dines was invited to follow Trivium around on their US tour to document for his YouTube channel, also joining them live on stage to play guitar during their set! Heafy has also appeared in Jared's Shred Wars series as well.
