We all love when metal pops up in unexpected places. That's exactly what happened on America's Got Talent this week when a death metal choir appeared and performed a positively demonic rendition of Britney Spears' Toxic.  The Dremeka Choir's version of Toxic took the audience by complete surprise, resulting in the types of faces we haven't seen on a talent show since...well since the exact same show last week actually. One of the only known death metal choirs on earth, the Canadian choir absolutely owns the medley of O Fortuna and Toxic. Watch it for yourself below.

Judge and record executive Simon Cowell was into it stating

"It’s like demons in a choir singing the song from The Omen," he said. "It was so fantastically creepy. I'm all for going over to the dark side eventually, so I get it."

Heidi Klum on the other hand didn't like it, but that didn't matter as the The Dremeka Choir got enough votes to make it through to the next round where they'll compete against fellow metal discovery, 10-year-old Spiritbox lover, HarperWe're starting to suspect that America's Got Talent might secretly be the most metal talent show of all time.  Revisit last weeks vocal heroics from Harper below.

If you're looking for more metal versions of Toxic, look no further than Australia's own Windwaker!
