Hurricane Florence has been ripping through North Carolina in the U.S. over the past week, and while it has caused massive damage to homes and lives, there is one guy who has had enough. Meet Lane Pittman, who a couple of years ago, went viral for standing half-naked in the face of Hurricane Matthew while holding an American flag and blasting Slayer's 'Raining Blood'.
This time, when word got around that Hurricane Florence was about to hit the coast, he created a Kickstarter campaign for $150 which read: "Pay for my gas/coffee and I’ll go fight Hurricane Florence. 'MERICA BABY!!! We stick together."
After raising over $1000 for the cause, he arrived to face Florence head-on with 'Raining Blood' once again the soundtrack to his battle:

A Fox News reporter was also at the scene and was thoroughly confused by the whole thing:
Me: what are you doing? There is flying debris
