    POSTED

Cancer has unfortunately effected every one of us in one way or another, and there aren’t many things that are more painful than seeing your loved ones suffer and feeling helpless.

Killswitch Engage’s frontman Jesse Leach is experiencing this with his Aunt who is currently battling bile duct cancer and is unable to continue paying for her treatments. Jesse is using his celebrity status for good (which is always an awesome thing to see), and has created a t-shirt that will be sold through the band’s store to help raise funds for his Aunt.

The band posted on their facebook:

Cancer is a disease that effects so many of us. Recently it has impacted my family as my Aunt has been diagnosed with cholangiocarcinoma (bile duct cancer). She is in need of a great deal of money to get the treatment she needs and I want to do anything I can to help. I reached out to my brothers in the band and asked if they would help my family raise some fundsof course they agreed. I came up with a concept for a t-shirt and Mike D designed it. We are proud to offer this to you the fans as a labor of love and a unique one of a kind design for a great cause. All proceeds for this shirt will go to help my aunt get the treatment she needs. Thank you all in advance for supporting this most worthy cause.
