blink-182 have shared a new single Edging.

The first song to feature the classic lineup of Tom DeLonge, Mark Hoppus and Travis Barker, since 2012, the playful mid-tempo pop-punk track bursts to life with Tom's infamous vocal tone delivering the first line "I ain’t that cool a little fucked in the head" over a swinging beat from Barker.

DeLonge's voice takes a leading role against a backdrop of subtle guitar and bass work before the track hits a peak with a hooky chorus that features Tom and Mark's trademark vocal interplay.

As Hoppus and DeLonge trade vocal duties for the remainder of the track and Barker lays down some unexpectedly restrained, yet technical beats, the trio's chemistry comes to the forefront, showcasing exactly why fans had been clamouring for DeLonge to return to the group he departed in 2015. Listen to Edging below.

The iconic lineup of DeLonge, Mark Hoppus and Travis Barker announced their reunion in trademark style,  earlier this week, using a video filled with 'cum' puns to announce that they will indeed be coming to a town near you, soon as part of a global tour.

To the delight of pop-punks nationwide, the global tour will make its way to Australia, with the band confirming a national arena run for February 2024. They'll be supported on the Aussie tour by Chicago hardcore punks turned rock radio staples Rise Against.

The Australian tour will see them kick things off in Perth on February 9th, making stops in Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane.

blink-182 will also join forces with Green Day to headline an absolutely stacked lineup at the 2023 edition of the When Were Young festival in Las Vegas.

They'll be joined in Las Vegas by some of the biggest names in the late 90s and 00s pop-punk, post-hardcore, emo and rock scenes, as well as some stars of the current era.
