Corey Taylor is someone who has almost done it all; from collecting a myriad of Gold and Platinum certifications as the frontman of Slipknot and Stone Sour, to acting, public speaking and even becoming a New York Times bestselling author.
Stone Sour released their new live album Hello, You Bastards: Live In Reno today, and they've dropped a live video for the track 'Whiplash Pants', taken from their latest studio album Hydrograd.
Over the weekend, a whole bunch of bands released new and limited material for Black Friday's Record Store Day celebrations. While we missed out on most of it here in Australia, we still got some cool new content for us to feast our eyes and ears on. Take Stone Sour for example; they've released a pro-shot live performance for their song Cold Reader from their debut self-titled album in 2002 (which got a re-issue over the weekend).
If you, like us, are starting to get super keen for the first-ever Good Things festival in just a few weeks, you can start to plan out your day early with the official set times now available!
It looks as though the organisers have done a great job of minimising potential clashes by scheduling bands from different genres across its four stages (unless you wanna catch The Smith Street Band, you won't miss Stone Sour!)
In an interview with Resurrection Fest TV, Slipknot frontman Corey Taylor spoke a bit about Slipknot and their plans for a 2019 world tour and album release.
