ARIA Week Gets Heavy With MANIACS Presents
    ?
Venue: Bald Faced Stag, 343 Parramatta Road, Leichardt?
    Time: 12.00noon-4.00pm

    Buried In Verona
    ?Make Them Suffer
    ?Storm The Sky

You may not hear them on mainstream radio but Australias heavy music sector is making a huge noise and the world is listening. Artists such The Amity Affliction, Parkway Drive and Karnivool have gained a foothold as world class live acts as well as at the very top of the ARIA charts and theres plenty more bubbling up from the underground. So its only fitting that during ARIA WEEK, the ever evolving face of our local heavy scene is recognised with Maniacs presents, a showcase featuring some of AUSTRALIAs freshest heavy talent : BURIED IN VERONA (UNFD) MAKE THEM SUFFER (Roadrunner Records) and STORM THE SKY (UNFD).

    About the artists:

Since the release of their 2012 album, Notorious, Buried In Verona have become one of the most polarising bands in the Australian heavy music community. 2014 saw the band further aggravate the haters, releasing album number four, Faceless, and debuting at #15 on the ARIA charts.
    Buried In Verona Illuminate

Make Them Suffer established themselves as homegrown up and comers to watch with the release of their debut full length Neverbloom in 2012 on Roadrunner Records. In between international and local touring commitments, they recently released a new single Let Me In as a precursor to their second album slated for release in early 2015.
Make Them Suffer Let Me In

Storm The Sky hail from Melbourne and are preparing to release their debut album, which was recorded earlier this year by Cameron Mizell (Memphis May Fire / Sleeping With Sirens). With a big announcement coming on November 14, this performance will be perfectly placed with the band getting ready for a huge 2015.
