96-year-old Inge Ginsberg is an inspirational human being who has lived her life to the fullest. Decades later, she has begun to tell her story through a death metal band Inge & the TritoneKings. Badass.
The New York Times recently brought Inge to light in a new opinion piece which features a fascinating 12-minute look into her incredible story and strong spirit. You can (and should) watch it below:
If you're curious as to what the music sounds like, Inge and her band auditioned for both Eurovision 2015 and 2016, with the former entry called 'Totenköpfchen', or 'Laugh at Death' which you can also check out below:
Remember, no matter what anyone else says - you're never too old for metal!
