Earlier last year, we got wind of Bloodywood, an Indian folk metal band which became popular in their home country via heavy covers of pop songs, but started to release their own empowering material.
Looking to continue on with meaningful music, they've just released a new single called 'Endurant', which aims to tackle the subject of bullying with its message. Musically the song actually has some pretty heavy riffs, with a tin whistle providing a folky undertone and the vocals switching between powerful roars and aggressive rapping.
Check out the music video below, together with its powerful message about bullying at the end of the clip:
Bloodywood consists of guitarist/producer Karan Katiyar and vocalists Jayant Bhadula and Raoul Kerr. You can support Bloodywood over at Patreon to help keep them putting out awesome music.
