Metallica have delivered a ripping rendition of Master of Puppets on Jimmy Kimmel Live! As part of their week-long residency on the program, the appearance also saw them attempt to master the art of actual puppetry.

Metallica have released their eleventh studio album 72 Seasons.

An eight-minute epic 72 Seasons sees Metallica embrace their darker side as James Hetfield sings of being haunted by mankind's wrath. Arriving accompanied by a Tim Saccenti directed video, 72 Seasons sets the tone for the album of the same name, which is set to drop on April 14th.

Lansdale novel, The Thicket will feature some Hollywood heavy-hitters, with Peter Dinklage producing and starring in the film, alongside Juliette Lewis, Esmé Creed-Miles, Levon Hawke and many more. 

Metallica have shared the video for their new single If Darkness Had A Son.  The third track released from the highly anticipated new album 72 Seasons, If Darkness Had A Son is a classic Metallica mid-tempo stomper, in the vein of Harvester of Sorrow or The Thing That Should Not Be.
