Distressing, horrific and terrifying are not phrases that typically come to the mind this time of year.

Well, that’s probably a lie. Come boxing day when you released that you’ve eaten too much and spent too much those words probably perfectly define our overwhelmingly mutual emotions.

But let’s go back a few days, the run-up to Christmas. That ‘ignorance is bliss’ mentality that we all are all willingly seduced by from December 1st-25th.

There’s a good chance that if an ad has a full warning at the beginning telling viewers that isn’t for the faint of heart, that people should not watch if they have physical or mental problems or need to reguarly see a doctor, then adding a disclaimer at the end that they are not liable for ‘illness, injuries or damage’ after watching, that it’s going to be an interesting ad.
