Watch Randy Blythe Perform at Mark Morton's First Show

    POSTED

It's been a pretty busy week for Lamb Of God frontman Randy Blythe; after organising a fantastic protest against Westboro Baptist Church, the dude has popped up again in Viriginia to provide a guest performance during his bandmate Mark Morton's first-ever show.

Mark Morton has just released his debut solo album which has a ton of featuring artists including Randy with a guest verse on 'The Truth Is Dead', and Morton brought him out for the live version during the first show of tour.

The other musicians joining Mark to help play his tracks live are Bad Wolves guitarist Doc Coyle, two Sons of Texas members Nick Villarreal and Mark Morales, and drummer Art Cruz who has filled in with Lamb of God during Chris Adler's short gig in Megadeth.

It honestly sounds like it could pass as a Lamb Of God song at points, which isn't exactly a bad thing! Check out the performance:

Lamb Of God most recently released a covers album under their former moniker Burn The Priest, and have stated that they hope to have more original music out this year.

    Listen to Mark Morton now.
