10 - Throwback: Adam Sandler, Deftones and Incubus Play 'Be Quiet And Drive (Far Away)'

There's nothing like a good old throwback, especially when it's one as iconic as this! Way back in 2000, Adam Sandler helped promote his new metal-themed film Little Nicky by teaming up with Deftones and Incubus to play an acoustic rendition of Deftones' 'Be Quiet And Drive (Far Away)'.


It's a bizarre collaboration, but clearly a very interesting one!

9 - 'Psychosalad' - an Amazing Mashup of Slipknot and The Wiggles

We've been championing the mashup for a while here at Maniacs now, and this one is still one of our favourites to this day. Clearly the idea of The Wiggles' 'Fruit Salad' being thrown together with Slipknot's 'Psychosocial' resonated with you all too!


Whoever thought something so kid-friendly would work so well with something so, well...completely on the other end of that spectrum?


 

8 - Korn's 'Freak On A Leash' Sung In 22 Different Styles

Anthony Vincent aka Ten Second Songs is an incredibly talented vocalist who has a knack for being able to take a song and turn it into the style of a million different artists with stunning accuracy.


Not only was his transormation of Korn's classic 'Freak On A Leash' a big hit on his YouTube channel, but it was a big hit on Maniacs too. Definitely check it out if you missed this one earlier - he manages to turn it into a Slayer, Beastie Boys and Nirvana rendition too!

Nat's What I Reckon might have been one of the best things about isolation in this god-forsaken year of 2020, whose hilarious, no bullshit approach to cooking videos won him the a legion of fans around the world.


Full of Aussie charm, a hatred towards jar sauce and genuinely helpful cooking tips, you all clearly loved him too. And it makes sense - the dude is a metalhead himself!
