It's Friday, Friday, got to get your fresh music fix on Friday.  That's right Maniacs it is finally Friday which means it is time to kick off the weekend with some Friday Fire

With so many new releases dropping every week, it can be hard to know what to listen to, so we've taken it upon ourselves to do the heavy lifting, sorting the 'hell yeah' from the 'hell meh' you don't have to.  So without fear or favour, here are is our Friday Fire: Five New Tracks We're Feeling This Friday.

    Behemoth- Ov My Herculean Exile

The high priests of extreme metal, Behemoth have announced their 12th studio album, Opvs Contra Natvram, their most thought-provoking and arresting collection to date will be released on September 16th via Nuclear Blast. The announcement of Opvs Contra Natvram comes accompanied by a video for the new single Ov My Herculean Exile directed by Zuzanna Plisz.

Motionless In White -  Slaughterhose (feat. Bryan Garris of Knocked Loose

Motonless In White are mere weeks away from unleashing their anxiously awaited new full-length album, Scoring The End Of the World which will be out on June 10th. Our latest taste of the record the pummelling Slaughterhouse ropes in Bryan Garris of Knocked Loose to add even more sonic intensity, juxtaposing venomous verses with a catchy melodic chorus before dishing up a crushing two-step baiting breakdown that sees Garris and Chris Motionless do what they do best, wreck shit. Heck yeah.

My Chemical Romance - The Foundations Of Decay

This is it elder emo kids. The day we've all been waiting for has finally arrived, the leaders of the black parade themselves, My Chemical Romance are back with new music! The band released their first new original song in 14 years, the slow-burning,  The Foundations Of Decay this morning and it's fair to say we are absolutely okay with this. Watch the visualiser for The Foundations Of Decay below.

    Lorna Shore -  Sun//Eater

Lorna Shore return to doing what they do best on Sun//Eater dishing up six minutes of metal chaos that starts out beautiful and ends in a constantly onslaught of brutality. Not much is known about the follow up to last years breakthrough EP ...And I Return to Nothingness, but if this first banger is any indication, Lorna Shore are about to level up again.

    IlleniumShivering (featSpiritbox)

This isn't one we saw coming, but this collaboration between Grammy-nominated American producer Illenium and Spiritbox is a genius meeting between worlds that showcases how much we have to gain as music fans from a genreless future. Courtney LaPlante's clean vocal work here hints at a potential pop-crossover future, while the combination of the dark EDM vibes and some visceral screams add a depth not usually associated with this sonic space.

Bonus special sixth entry because may is 'amayzing'

Death Cab For Cutie - Roman Candles

8x GRAMMY® Award-nominated rock band Death Cab for Cutie returned today with Roman Candles, the first track off their highly-anticipated tenth studio album Asphalt Meadows. The new track from the indie rock veterans – now in their 25th year as a band – is available at all DSPs and streaming services via Atlantic Records. The song arrives with an official lyric video designed by Juliet Bryant (Justin Vernon, Japanese Breakfast, Laura Jane Grace).
