It's been long-asserted by many listeners that the snare drum featured on Metallica's slightly controversial 2003 record St. Anger sounds pretty garbage, and although we'll keep our opinion to ourselves, we do think this video is a bit of a laugh!

Youtuber Cameron Fleury has gone and done a drum cover of Frantic, the opening track of St. Anger, but he's used an actual garbage can lid for the snare! The cover does actually sound pretty close to the original, so perhaps the record's critics are on to something? Take a listen.
