Whenever metal music makes its way out into the spaces of general public, it's always pretty amusing to see the reactions of people passing by, which can range from anywhere between rage and irritation to bewilderment and joy.
This Russian guy called Ruslan Malyshev took it upon himself to strap on his guitar, along with a portable amplifier and a backing track to play metalcore in the middle of Russian streets.
Specifically, in this video at least, it's As I Lay Dying who get the spotlight, with Ruslan powering through the bangers 'Confined' and 'Through Struggle' in front of a variety of onlookers.
Most people seem to be pretty amused by the shredding, with one elderly man dancing around and a few flashes of the horns here and there. Not everyone was happy though, with one woman yelling out and looking distressed as she walked past!

What a champ. We think Ruslan should take off that cap and use it to collect some busking money though - he'd probably do alright!
