    Meet Chelsea. She’s 20 years old and hails from Sydney. Chelsea comes from a musical background and has a love for heavy metal and horror movies.

    We know that’s probably all you need to hear, but before you start packing your bags for Sydney you should at least finish reading the article.

    “(I was) brought up with a family who are really into music, metal, punk etc, Which then lead me to find a real love for horror movies.”

    Well that sounds pretty awesome to us. As far as we are concerned, the ideal upbringing contains a balanced diet of heavy metal and horror!

    Chelsea is currently studying herCertificateIV in Makeup and Special Effects at the Australian College of Make-Up and Special Effectsand plans on doing theatrical makeup in the film industry.

    “I love the ‘gore’ aspect of makeup. Once I realised you could make a living out of contributing to horror movies my mind was made up.”

    Chelsea’s kit includes various brands of theatrical blood, scar wax and liquid latex, which with the right application can produce some fucking terrifying results!
