    Pennsylvanian metalcore band August Burns Red love to get into the Christmas spirit year in, year out, hosting hometown Christmas shows and releasing very cool metal covers of your favourite Christmas carols. 

    In fact, their fifth album Sleddin' Hill A Holiday Album is an entirely instrumental full of covers like 'Jingle Bells', 'Carol Of The Bells' and 'We Wish You A Merry Christmas' to name a few. Now, they've given us another collection of covers to play at our family Christmas gatherings with their new EP Winter Wonderland.

    The EP features four previously released Christmas singles and two new ones as well, which you can find on all good streaming services. Check out the guitar playthrough for the title track below, which features some pretty impressive shred work:

    Frankly, we can't believe it's almost that time already. Where has the year gone?
