In one of the more unusual collaborations we've seen recently, extreme hardcore crew Code Orange have teamed up with alt-J, remixing alt-J tracks Hit Me Like That Snare and Adeline!

We didn't really know what to expect from this when we heard the news, but these remixes are pretty killer - Hit Me Like That Snare, in particular, reminds us of some oldschool Skinny Puppy - so if you're a fan of industrial music then check these out now!

alt-J drummer Thom Sonny Green is apparently a longtime fan of Code Orange, which prompted the collaboration. “It's not often we get to collaborate with heavy artists so having Code Orange step up and give us two amazing remixes is a real treat. We hope you enjoy them as much as we do.”

Said Code Orange guitarist/vocalist Shade on the collaboration: “I wanted to dismantle the songs entirely and completely rebuild them as if they had come from a different world, and that's what I did. See the world with Code Orange vision. No boxes, no boundaries, no fear."
